are portable, compliant handheld verifiers that are simple to use and cost-effective. This allows manufacturers to perform verification on-site at the factory without having to travel to a remote or fixed verification site.

  • Integrated light source: 30-degree darkfield illumination is ideal for inspecting nameplates and other flat parts.
  • Mechanical bracket: Ensures uniform illumination and fixed working distance.
  • Reliable: Results provided meet the requirements of the AIM DPM Quality Guide 2006-1.

The Cognex DataMan 100 Verification System provides you with a flexible solution to verify a wide range of parts that meet the ISO 15426-2 verification system standard.

  • Flexible installation: Install to a fixed location or use the optional adjustable Visualizer.
  • Flexible Lighting: Adjustable 30/45-degree low-angle illumination and 90-degree DOAL illumination for a wide range of parts and marking types are available.
