(1).Electrical system
The machine adopts Siemens S7-200 smart PLC control system, which is a cost-effective and compact PLC developed by Siemens for the Chinese market. The basis of its design is the S7-200 series PLC that has been used on the market for a long time. The 200 smart body integrates a certain number of digital I/O points, an RJ45 Ethernet port and an RS485 interface. The CPU also integrates high-speed counters, Functions such as PID and motion control can meet the control requirements of the majority of users.
(2). Mechanical system
This system fixes and seals gas cylinder by clamping the cylinder, and adopts DGD25-C customized booster pump to fill, electronic scale automatically measures, automatically pauses filling when reaching the preset weight, and releases the gas cylinder automatically. The machine adopts automatic pressure control and weight control to realize filling automation and improve filling efficiency and filling weight accuracy.
