SP-WATCH® KSD-0110 is an electrostatic potential monitoring device that has an interface to connect our potential sensors EMS-01/EMS-01A/KS-2100 and measures static electricity in real time. It monitors static electricity
with simple operation and screen display using a touch panel display, and can notify and manage the measurement status using multiple control outputs. SD card support allows you to collect measurement data and alarm history with time stamps.
The compatible potential sensors EMS-01/EMS-01A have passed the intrinsic safety explosion-proof structure certification when combined with the safety barrier KS-301A, and can be used in hazardous atmospheres.
Features
Up to two channels of potential sensors can be connected, and the measured values of both channels can be displayed in real time and the data can be recorded.
It uses a full-color LCD touch panel with good visibility, making it easy to recognize the current situation and operate intuitively.
Equipped with an SD card slot, it can be used to record measurement data onto an SD card (sold separately), allowing easy data processing on a PC.
Two-stage alarm settings can be made for each channel, and control output can be sent externally.
The combination of the potential sensor EMS-01/EMS-01A and the safety barrier KS-301A enables use in hazardous locations (explosion-proof areas).
The EMS-01A (air purge sensor) applies internal pressure to the inside of the sensor by supplying air, which makes it difficult for powder or paint mist to enter the inside of the potential sensor, enabling highly durable static electricity measurement and monitoring in environments where static electricity measurement was previously not possible.
When using the KS-2100/KS-3101 potential sensor, if the potential sensor fails, it will be displayed immediately on the screen, allowing you to easily determine that an abnormality has occurred in the potential sensor, and a control output can be sent externally.
The vacuum compatible potential sensor KS-3101 can be used in a vacuum environment (see the individual catalog for details).
The display language can be selected from Japanese, English, and Chinese, making it safe to use overseas.

When using the potential sensor (EMS-01/EMS-01A) in hazardous locations (explosion-proof areas), a safety barrier (KS-301A) is required. The potential sensor, safety barrier, and dedicated cable are a set that have been certified as explosion-proof, so they must be used as a set.
