Outstanding static electricity removal performance, high speed static electricity removal from close to long distances
2-02.jpg
By setting the discharge electrode needle at a 50mm pitch, it is possible to generate high density ions, eliminating unevenness in static electricity. We have achieved outstanding static elimination performance, not only from close range but also from long distances by using air in combination and adjusting the frequency.
● High-speed static elimination even over long distances by using air in combination
By optimizing the air outlet of the static elimination electrode needle unit, we have achieved an ideal air flow, enabling high-speed static elimination over long distances with a small air flow rate.
● Static charge elimination performance relative to the distance from which the static charge elimination electrode is installed

Reliably removes static electricity even from highly charged objects transported at high speed
It can reliably remove static electricity even when a film or other object is charged to a high voltage of over 20kV and is transported at a high speed of over 200m/min. Even if air is not used, static electricity can be removed by installing the device close to the object.
Kasuga Denki has held the top share in the film industry for many years, and that is why we are able to provide optimal static elimination by verifying the optimal ion generation method and verifying that static elimination can be performed reliably through static elimination characteristic evaluation tests on actual films traveling at high speeds.

Resistant to dirt and stable for a long period of time, significantly reducing maintenance work
3-01-2.jpg
The main cause of the deterioration of the static elimination performance of an ionizer is a decrease in the amount of ions generated due to dirt on the discharge electrode needle. By supplying clean air, the
discharge electrode needle is prevented from becoming dirty, and a stable static elimination effect is maintained for a long period of time. In addition, the discharge electrode needle unit can be easily removed with a single touch, significantly reducing the labor required for cleaning and replacing the discharge electrode needle.
● Clean air covers the discharge electrode needle to keep out dirt.
3-2.3-3.jpg
We thoroughly simulated the air outlets around the discharge electrode needle, and developed a new unitized structure that keeps outside air away from the discharge electrode needle. This makes it possible to significantly prevent particles (dust) floating in the air from adhering to the discharge electrode needle. By using clean air in normal environments as well as in clean rooms, the discharge electrode needle is less likely to get dirty, and we have succeeded in significantly extending the maintenance cycle.

● Low air consumption, energy saving and maintenance saving
The optimized discharge electrode needle unit has succeeded in maximizing the flow rate with a small air flow rate, enabling high-speed static electricity removal even with a low air pressure setting, reducing running costs and significantly extending maintenance intervals.

High safety and improved maintainability
4-07.jpg
Kasuga Electric’s unique technology of generating ions by resistance coupling method, where each discharge electrode needle is equipped with a high voltage resistor, means that even if you touch the discharge electrode needle, there is almost no shock, making it very safe.In addition, by applying cutting-edge resin molding technology, the high voltage resistor element and printed circuit board are molded into a resin molded product, so the high voltage part is hardly exposed, and it is a highly durable design that minimizes the risk of leakage due to moisture or dirt adhesion.
Equipped with an ion generating lamp on the static elimination electrode
An ion generation (high voltage) lamp is installed at the connection part of the static elimination electrode cable to increase safety during maintenance of the static elimination electrode.
4-08.jpg
● Easy replacement of the discharge electrode needle
The discharge electrode needle is integrated into the air outlet as a single unit, allowing for easy one-touch replacement. This reduces the amount of work required to replace the discharge electrode needle.

A variety of mounting methods are available, allowing you to choose the mounting method that best suits your needs.
T-Slot A.jpg
The included mounting bracket allows for two different mounting methods, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your mounting location. In addition, the electrode mounting section uses the T-slot method used in commercially available aluminum frames, making it possible for customers to prepare their own mounting brackets using commercially available square nuts, etc.
