Explosion -proof type static eliminator (03/APS/APY) Kasuga E.W

This device uses corona discharge to ionize the air and neutralize the static electricity generated in dangerous locations (processes handling flammable or explosive materials), and is composed of a high-voltage power supply unit (high-voltage generator), a static elimination electrode unit, and an air pressure control unit (including an air pressure detector). The high-voltage power supply unit and air pressure control unit are pressure-resistant explosion-proof as stipulated in the factory electrical equipment explosion-proof guidelines, and to further increase safety, the device is equipped with an alarm that detects abnormalities in the high-voltage unit. The static elimination electrode is also a ventilated internal pressure explosion-proof structure.

Features
Since this is a static elimination method using corona discharge, static elimination can be performed without touching the charged object.
If a spark discharge occurs due to insulation breakdown in the static elimination electrode or high voltage cable, or if the voltage applied to the static elimination electrode drops, the built-in alarm will stop the operation of the static eliminator and turn on the alarm lamp to immediately notify you of an abnormality in the device. An
external control contact output is provided, allowing you to interlock process machines.
