This is a dedicated benchtop press model ultrasonic welding machine suitable for welding small ~ medium-sized workpieces at low loads and for direct welding of ultrasonic horn contact surfaces. A variety of welding modes and digital constant amplitude control ensure stable welding quality. In addition to panel operation, it can also display graphs of the welding status and check the yield in conjunction with the welding management software. It can be used in a wide range of applications, including transfer welding of molded parts, direct welding of sheets and nonwovens, inserts, spots, piercings, and gate cutting. Optionally, it can also be used for industrial network communications.

By directly detecting the load value and reflecting it in the welding conditions, it is possible to set clear welding conditions and achieve stable quality control.
Subduction management with linear encoders.
It is equipped with a linear encoder with a resolution of 1 μm, allowing for more detailed numerical setting of the weld sinking amount. In addition, by selecting subduction control starting from the scale origin, it is suitable for applications where uniformity of product height after welding is achieved.

Since it is equipped with a self-weight balancing mechanism as standard, it is possible to set the welding conditions at low loads. The press works responsively, even under low load conditions, reducing cycle times.

It adopts an automatic tracking method of oscillation frequency through high-speed and high-performance digital signal processing to achieve stable and reliable oscillation control.
Frequency search function
The optimal oscillation frequency according to the tool horn and the operating environment is automatically searched and set by the oscillator panel operation and external signals. You can also set the frequency of the oscillation start arbitrarily.
