6W Induction AC Gear Motors |SAIYA|2IK6GN

This 6W Induction AC Gear Motor is an efficient, compact and reliable small motor suitable for a wide range of industrial and household applications.Motor frame 60mm x 60mm  making it easy to install in space-constrained environments. It can be used in voltages ranging from single-phase 110V to three-phase 220V, and is highly adaptable to meet the needs of different power systems.

Equipped with capacitors  between 0.8 and 3.5uf to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the motor. Its speed is based on the asynchronous speed of the motor, which is 1200 revolutions per minute (r/min) at 50Hz and 1450 revolutions per minute (r/min) at 60Hz, which can meet the speed requirements in different working environments.

Due to its high efficiency and reliability, this motor is suitable for a variety of equipment and application scenarios, including automation equipment, conveyor belts, packaging machinery and printing equipment. To change the rotation direction change any two connections among R,S and T

Note:

Change the direction of single-phase motor rotation only after bringing the motor to a stop.

If an attempt is made to change the direction of rotation while the motor is rotating, the motor may ignore the reversing command or change its direction of rotation after some delay.

Gear Motor-Torque Table

Gearhead and mid-gearbox can be sold separately.

The colored background □ indicates the same rotating direction of the motor while the rotating direction of others is opposite.

The speed is calculated by dividing the motor’s synchronous speed (50Hz:1500r/min、60Hz:1800r/min) by the gear ratio. The actual speed is 2%~20% less than the displayed value, depending on the size of the load.

To reduce the speed beyond the gear ratio in the table, attach a decimal gearhead (gear ratio:10)between the gearhead and motor. In that case, the permissible torque is 3N-m.
