CCD03 Vision Sensor: The
CCD03 sensor delivers real-world photos that are not false, with higher recognition accuracy and more responsive response. In terms of specs, it is equipped with a 10-megapixel camera with a capture rate of 120 frames per second. Standard accuracy can reach 0.02 millimeters, with a wide detection range up to 25 millimeters. There is no need to move the sensor depending on the width of the material. It integrates multiple algorithms: transparent film, laser film, non-woven fabric, and dashed line tracking. Simple operation, two-step setup complete, eliminating the hassle of ordinary CCD operations.
