GLO-LIGU Spinning Holder Product Information
GLO-LIGU Spinning Holder is a common ER collet type, side lock type, It has a better holding force and anti-vibration damping system than the hydraulic type, back-pull type, and heat shrink type, and can be expected to improve the surface roughness after processing.
The GLO-LIGU Spinning Holder has an internal worm gear & wheel (1:16 gear ratio) for quick and easy and powerful tightening with just a hex wrench. In addition, the anti-vibration damping system reduces vibration and contributes to longer tool life. In addition, it is designed with a seal to prevent liquid leakage from the inside and outside, so you can use it with confidence.

GLO-LIGU Spinning Holder How to Use
(1) Insert the tool into the collet and adjust the length of the tool.
In the case of a collet with pins, tighten the pins after adjusting the length of the tool to secure them.
* Clean the tool holder thoroughly before inserting the collet into the tool holder.
(2) Insert the collet into the tool holder and screw it clockwise to fix it.
* In order to obtain accuracy, holding power, etc., clean the inner diameter of the tool holder and collet when replacing the tool.
(3) Insert a torque wrench into the side of the tool holder and tighten it with a torque wrench. (clockwise)
* In order to tighten with the appropriate torque, use GLO-LIGU’s original torque wrench.
* When using, please use it according to the hexagonal hole.
Note: When tightening, check the ▲ mark on the torque wrench, and if the ▲ mark overlaps, Tighten until you do. If it is overtightened, it will fail.
