CSE sanitary ball valves are suitable for sticky liquids and liquids with fine particles.
CSE ball valves are available for manual & pneumatic types, they can be used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, dairy and food industries.
The main function of Ball vales is to open/close to change the flow direction of the medium.
With its simple structure, compact size and easy operation.
The sanitary ball valve is made of stainless steel CF3/SS316L. Also, CSE offers ASME BPE-compliant surface treatment (electropolishing(Raise corrosion resistance) /mechanical polishing) to ensure product line cleanliness.
Manual sanitary ball valves are available for low-platform design and high-platform design. The ball valve platform follows ISO-5211 standards, which are easy to disassemble and clean.
The entire series has passed the USA 3-A certification and uses a durable full cavity PTFE seal to comply with hygiene design allowing you to use it with confidence.
○The low platform design makes the valve lighter & more compact; the use of CSE stainless steel is more textured and hygienic.
○The high platform design can be directly installed with CSE aluminum actuator, without adapter request and is lightweight and durable.
- Connection standards of port: SMS, DIN, 3A, ISO, RJT are available.
- Sizes: 1/2″ to 6″.
- Flow Type: two-way, three-way, four-way, etc.
- Ball seal: can be half-cavity and full-cavity seat types. The ball seal passes FDA-certified and the material is from major international manufacturers, available PTFE, PTFE+ Carbon, PTFE+GB, and PTFE+50%SS.
- Automatic control: It can be installed with a pneumatic actuator (single-action Air/Spring or double-action Air/Air) and has an option for the positioner or IOT control boxes.
