Debugging of the sensor,
1. Pull out the sensor plug, make the sensor in a disconnected state and not working, the magnification switch is set to 2000 times, the filter is set to 1-500, the compensation is set to 1.0, and the working switch is set for measurement.
2. Adjust the pen to see the action of the pointer, if the center pointer can swing left and right with the rotation of the pen, then basically eliminate the fault of the electric box;
3. Plug in the sensor plug again, and gently touch the sensor rod with your hand, if the pointer is still tilted to one side and there is no movement.
4. Then confirm that the failure probability of the sensor is 99.99%.
5.
