Overview
EMC series bus motion controller is an EtherCAT bus motion controller developed based on more than 20 years of motion control experience in the context of the new era of intelligent manufacturing.
The controller adopts distributed networking control and supports up to 254 controllers to network operation.
The EMC series bus motion controller has a powerful load capacity that supports expansion of up to 64 axes and 128 slaves, and the bus control synchronous jitter is less than 10μs. With small size, easy installation and integrated design, the embedded industrial computer + EMC controller can save about 50% of the installation space. The hardware platform as a whole adopts a strong anti-interference design, and the electrical interference is impeccable! The controller body supports RS232 and RS485 interfaces, and supports standard and customized extended Modbus communication protocols, which meets the needs of multi-sensor real-time monitoring of the production process of intelligent production lines. The 100M high-speed backplane bus protocol can expand up to 32 backplane modules, and the module types cover 17 models such as digital, analog, and encoder for selection.
