■ Application

1. Shock absorber adjustment
① The shock absorber had been adjusted before finishing the cylinder.
② Customer can adjust it if necessary.
③ The steps are as follows
to. Loosen the fixed screw.
b. Rotate the shock absorber to adjust the damping capacity.
c. Tighten the fixed screw.
2. Multiple working position
① If the body is fixed, only to adjust the scotch block, the working direction of the cylinder will be changed.
② For TWG series, by adjusting the position of the flange, the working height can be changed.

3. Work prohibition (Non-shock stop (K))
① This function is used to override the stopping action of the cylinder, and make the workpiece pass easily.
② The steps are as follows
to. Unscrew the flange canceling screw.
b. Place the roller seat down.
c. Fix the canceling screw into the screw hole on the fixed seat and the tail of the canceling screw should be inserted into the hole made in the roller seat.
4. How to use the stop function
① When the shock absorber receives a deep impact, the added impact energy should be avoided. The cylinder without shock absorber cannot be impacted by load, otherwise mechanical failure may be caused.
② The maximum impact kinetic energy acting on the stem cannot exceed the maximum allowable values, otherwise mechanical failure may be caused.
5. Auto-lock
Unusually, when the stop cylinder is operating, the workpiece will bounce back as an effect of the buffer. In order to keep the workpiece stable, we have developed this self-locking device.
