- By adopting the arc escape angle on the outer circumference and the appropriate cutting edge specifications, vibration is minimized and burr generation is suppressed, enabling stable processing.

- Compared to commonly used carbide base materials, we use special carbide base materials with high heat resistance and chipping resistance, enabling long lifespan in difficult-to-machine materials that generate more heat and are prone to tip chipping.

- Adopts a blade shape with high chip discharge and high rigidity
- The blade shape consists of a smooth R-shape, allowing chips to be discharged smoothly and preventing sticking to the edge. Additionally, it offers high rigidity, enabling high-feed processing. In our tests, we achieved three times the feed speed of SUS304 with a 3mm deep groove processing compared to standard products.
