Product details
Function:
In the frame-type straightening system PGL-S, the material undergoes four 90° turns. A swingable adjustment frame with two steering wheels forms the basis of the steering process described above. The adjustment of the frame’s rotation point is virtually positioned within the dry feeding plane. Only after rotating around this center point can lateral correction be performed on the material. The prerequisite is that there is always enough tension to ensure the transmission of force between the material and the adjustment wheel.
Usage Scenarios:
Due to its excellent use of material elasticity, the guide frame is especially suitable for materials prone to tearing. Additionally, it is suitable for small, confined spaces.
Application: The greater the
tension, elastic modulus, and required correction of the material, the longer the feed length, discharge length, and transition length must be designed. Based on experience, the length of these sections should be 60% to 100% of the material width, and the installation position of the photoelectric eye should be as close as possible to the adjustment mix.

Easy Installation and
Precise Control The brand-new PGL-S series deflection and guidance system features an integrated design with an elegant appearance, making it especially suitable for precise correction of narrow-width materials in the label printing, packaging, and nonwoven fabric industries. Every frame is installed and inspected by our experienced engineers, ensuring precise alignment and reliable performance before leaving the factory.
Flexible applications: The
PGL-S series correction and straightening systems are available in various sizes to meet users’ diverse application needs. Our highly professional technical service staff and on-site sales engineers will work closely with you to identify the correction solution that best suits your needs. Multiple rolling materials are available, and depending on specific application scenarios, we can provide hard anodized coated guide wheels, coated rods, rubber-coated wheels, and Teflon anti-stick guide rods.
Simple operation: The
PGL-S series correction and guidance system operator features an LCD display and touch buttons, making it durable, with a user-friendly interface and easy access to important control functions. —Press the button to enter the menu settings, fully considering operational convenience. The display screen on the control panel shows various operating statuses in real time, graphically showing the system’s working status and related control parameters. The symbols are easy to understand and more user-friendly.
