Universal High-Pressure Dust Collector CRKP(V)-1037H2 / SC1510 OELUS

Universal High-Pressure Dust Collector

Universal High-Pressure Dust Collector

The CRKP / CRKV series are high-static pressure commercial dust collectors that can be used widely from indoor cleaning to outdoor construction sites. With powerful suction up to -40kPa and a special filter, it reliably collects heavy powders and chips while suppressing dust clogging. With inverter control for airflow adjustment, selectable discharge methods (drums/bag collection), and a wide range of options, we contribute to labor-saving and environmental improvement at all kinds of sites.

Overview

OVERVIEW

Solving the problem of dust collection—’accumulation, clogs, and inability to transport’—all with a single machine

When collecting dust in factories and work sites, the following concerns often arise.

  • High dust collection volume quickly fills up and stops work
  • Long hoses and ducts that do not reach the ends of the suction
  • The filter gets clogged, and the intake weakens day by day.
  • Removing collected dust is a hassle

The CR Series is a high-pressure, versatile dust collector designed to solve all these problems together.
From indoor cleaning to outdoor construction sites, it can be used in a wide range of locations regardless of location.

What is CRKP Type?

The CR Series is a dust collector equipped with a high-pressure blower that combines powerful suction power with a robust structure.
Among these, the CRKP type adopts a specification that collects dust in drums.

A single unit can collect up to 60L of dust, reducing collection frequency even in sites with high dust generation. After collection, you simply replace the drum can, reducing the chance of dust exposure and reducing the cleanup effort.

Three Key Features of the CR Series

1. Powerful suction power with maximum static pressure of -40kPa

Despite its compact and lightweight design, it achieves a maximum static pressure of **-40kPa**.

A high static pressure means that even if the hose or duct is longer, suction can be delivered all the way to the end. It performs at its best in situations where suction is required, such as centralized dust collection by pulling pipes or transporting heavy chips and grinding powders.

Blower output can be selected from 2.2kW to 10.5kW (3-phase 200V). We propose specifications that are neither excessive nor deficient according to the amount of dust generated on site and pipe length.

2. Airflow adjustment via inverter and special filters with minimal clogging

Equipped with an inverter, you can adjust the airflow according to your work. By not turning it more than necessary, you can also reduce noise and power consumption.

Additionally, it uses a special filter that minimizes clogging. The load on the site is greatly influenced by whether the dust collector’s performance is less likely to degrade over continued use than by its “initial performance.” If the frequency of filter replacement and cleaning decreases, both daily work time and the cumulative operating costs will change.

3. Robust design for peace of mind even when moving to the site

Equipped with casters for easy movement, it is equipped with powerful stoppers. Prevents accidental movement during work. It can be used stably even in environments with poor scaffolding, such as outdoor construction sites.

Also ideal for centralized dust collection (central cleaning)

What is centralized dust collection?

This refers to a method where multiple dust generation points within factories or workplaces are connected to dust collectors via ducts (pipes), and dust is collected, with a central dust collector collecting. (See diagram below)

Compared to the method of placing individual dust collectors on each piece of equipment,

  • Fewer devices required, allowing more efficient use of installation space
  • Maintenance points are consolidated, making management easier
  • The work area is tidy and easy to maintain flow

These are the advantages.

Why the CR Series is Suitable for Concentrated Dust Collection

In concentrated dust collection, the longer the piping, the greater the pressure loss and the lower the suction at the end. Therefore, high static pressure is essential.

The CRKP type combines top-class suction power, robustness, and large load capacity, making it an ideal machine for centralized dust collection systems. Even if dust accumulates from multiple locations, a 60L drum reduces the frequency of collection.

In addition to these centralized dust collection methods, DustLabo also offers custom-designed dust collectors tailored to your work requirements, installation environment, and dust characteristics. If a standard model doesn’t suit you, please consult us first.
